My assistant photographer accompanied me on a small walk today. His assorted duties, aside from looking silly as he tries to 'swim' through the snow are as follows:
1. Eat the 'smart pills' that deer drop ...they look like raisins.
2. Walk across the ice to have it collapse under you...
3. Look tough and menacing, hold the pose so you can get your picture taken...
4. Look pitiful and cold so Val will pick you up to unfreeze your feet [from falling in the creek on thin ice]
5. Always, always act happy [except when wanting to be carried then see #4]
6. Amuse the human always, it gets you treats when you get home.
