Sh...That is the shoe my farrier was talking about. She seems to have no pain now and in a few weeks he'll check her out again. We'll go with the shoes if we have to. But I see a glimmer of hope in her hoof! I think we got lucky ... I hope!<br />Her feet were neglected by us during the months of cancer care treatments. I know it is causing trouble elsewhere, but since I can't do anything about it, i am going to enjoy what we have.<br /><br />If you do have to put shoes on, check out the new easyshoe NG's made by Easycare, Inc. I've been meaning to write about them forever, but just haven't yet. They do great things for horses with frog issues. They've saved my friend's horse, we nearly put him down last year.
