My Mom was very much like yours. And Dad was similar as well. I don't think Dad ever raised his voice to me. ( I know he did to my brother... but that was a much deserved situation....) Perhaps young parents are angry when kids tell them exactly how they feel. But when parents get a little older and gain a little wisdom, they just smile and let certain things go. ( Hopefully.) Sometimes nostalgia is not as much fun as they depict in the movies... <br />Quite the Tomboy back in the day, Eh?
