There is a beautiful one not far from my house that over looks the WI river, best enjoyed at sunrise. aurorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04731529798233954353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11895469.post-32492060353504081822021-03-28T21:51:09.458-05:002021-03-28T21:51:09.458-05:00Hahah on the skulls!

Black Hawk is only accessible by foot now which is a good decision.
It is more spectacular in the morning at dawn or at sunset.
The walk to the top of the rock is not too bad if you know the shortcut.
http://mulewings.blogspot.com/2020/09/feeling-free.html

I've been there a lot and always pick a time of the week when others are less likely to be around.

Val Ewinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11773318159420863765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11895469.post-12761717437659375342021-03-28T17:36:31.386-05:002021-03-28T17:36:31.386-05:00I avoid shopping on weekends too. There is no foam board worth that price, good grief!! If you need bigger than 12x12, I would blend the seams in post (as long as the pattern is not too wild). Your camera has some cool features!! Using camera features is not cheating in my book. Black Hawk Rock sounds like a place a need to see, if not in person through your photography! BTW, every time I find a skull now I think of you :)aurorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04731529798233954353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11895469.post-28010725809845532752021-03-28T15:15:02.679-05:002021-03-28T15:15:02.679-05:00I got the colored paper and messed around with it ...I got the colored paper and messed around with it this afternoon. I forgot to take pictures of how I made some sort of little booth. It was just taped together and fell apart. But I had fun with it while the winds blow!!!
Thanks!Val Ewinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11773318159420863765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11895469.post-32707161287499906902021-03-28T13:16:37.995-05:002021-03-28T13:16:37.995-05:00You can make your own paper, use water color paper...You can make your own paper, use water color paper...you can get like 50 sheets for 4.97 at Wally world....then use paint or water colors...weigh the sheets down if they are very damp so the edges won't curl!
